The brainchild of our Managing Director ‘CARE’ (Customer facing, Always listening, Reliable and trustworthy, Efficient and friendly) is Isuzu’s unique award-winning sales and aftersales customer service programme. This programme has won many awards and as a consequence the DTI recognises as a ‘benchmark company’. As a result we often host visits from companies from all over the UK (and some from overseas) that are looking to improve their own customer service and CRM programmes.
Our unique, all-encompassing CARE programme firstly ensures that we build the right vehicle for your operation. Then throughout the vehicle’s warranty period our own staff will continue to contact you to ensure you’re happy with the product and the service you’re receiving from our dealer network.
This far-reaching programme is unique certainly within the commercial vehicle industry. We are confident in our products, with our people and our dealer network and that’s why in every Isuzu truck we provide the direct telephone numbers of our key personnel including the Managing Director’s - who even discloses her home telephone number.
Isuzu is the only UK truck manufacturer to offer 3 years unlimited mileage warranty (excluding paintwork, bodywork and ancillary equipment) on its entire product range. This warranty is offered subject to the vehicles being purchased and maintained within the UK and following Isuzu’s service and maintenance schedules using Isuzu approved parts, oils etc). Included in our warranty package is automatic free registration with Isuzu Commercial Assistance. This is a network of approved commercial vehicle breakdown and recovery operators who work in conjunction with our dealer network to get to you just as quickly as possible. All of these approved operators has been trained to work on Isuzu products and nine times out of 10 will repair your vehicle at the roadside. In the event that this is not possible you’ll be recovered to the nearest approved Isuzu dealership for the repair to be carried out there. This service is at no extra cost to you whilst the vehicle is within its warranty period – another industry-first – and of course it’s available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
