The brainchild of our Managing Director ‘CARE’ (Customer facing, Always listening, Reliable and trustworthy, Efficient and friendly) is Isuzu’s unique award-winning sales and aftersales customer service programme. The programme helped us win the Daily Telegraph/Energis customer service awards back in the year 2000 and as a consequence the DTI recognised us as a ‘benchmark company’. As a result we now often host visits from companies all over the UK (and some from overseas) that are looking to improve upon their own customer service and CRM programmes. Our unique all-encompassing CARE programme firstly ensures that you order the correct specification of vehicle for your operation. Throughout the vehicle’s warranty period our own staff maintain direct contact with you to ascertain that your vehicle is performing as you would expect it to and that our dealer is looking after you and your vehicle in the way that only Isuzu demands. This far-reaching programme is unique certainly within the motor industry and as far as we know in any industry. Although predominantly customer-facing, internally we incentivise all of our dealer’s service technicians, and their aftersales performance. Even at our head office all of our meeting agendas begin with ‘CARE’ - it truly is endemic throughout our business. So confident are we in our products and our people that you will find in every Isuzu cab the direct telephone numbers of our key personnel including the Managing Director’s - who even discloses her home number.

3 Years Unlimited Mileage Warranty
Isuzu was the first truck manufacturer to offer 3 years unlimited mileage warranty (excluding bodywork and ancillary equipment) on its products and this started on the 3.5, 5.0 6.2 and 7.5 tonne products. But now we’ve raised the bar even higher and offer this market-leading warranty package across our entire range of products including the new ‘Forward’ 11.00, 12.00, 15.00 and even 18.00 tonners. No other truck manufacturer offers this level of warranty but then again no other truck manufacturer cares about its customers like we do either. (All warranties are subject to vehicles purchased and maintained within the UK following Isuzu’s service and maintenance schedules and using Isuzu approved parts, oils etc).

Emergency Assistance
Included in your warranty package is automatic free registration with Isuzu Commercial Assistance. This is a network of approved commercial vehicle breakdown and recovery operators who work in conjunction with our own dealer network to get to you as effectively as possible. Any one of these approved operators has been trained to work on the Isuzu products and nine times out of 10 will repair your vehicle at the roadside. In the event that this is not possible you’ll be rescued and recovered to the nearest approved Isuzu dealer for the repair to be carried out there. This service is at no extra cost to you whilst the vehicle is within its warranty period – another industry-first – and of course it’s available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year
